RomantiK

Malesef memleketten uzak kaldigimiz icin bu guzel film muziklerini henuz kesfedebildim.
Filmin kendini izleme olanagi bulamadim ama veda busesi, artik sevmeyecegim gibi Pamela'nin seslendirdigi yenilemeler gayet basarili. Bir sekilde hikayesi, kareler, muzikler eski ask Turk filmlerine goturuyor. Buna da ihtiyacimiz vardi.
Filmin kendini de biran once izleyebilmeyi diliyorum...
Filmden harika replikler ile iste veda busesi... iste buna romantik denir

Recently, i got a chance to discover the wonderful soundtracks of a Turkish movie that is named "Romantik". Actually, most of the songs from the movie are very old famous Turkish love songs but with a new cover. I loved the covers and hope so do you :) I am looking forward seeing the movie itself too. Soundtrack, replics, and the shots are all seemed to be promising...
this is one of my favorite from Romantik's soundtracks; here it goes

virtual hanami

Hey, this is hanami season! my goodness, i am behaving as Japanese :) Anyway, i love it and really enjoy it a lot. These days, cherry blossoms create an overwhelming scenery along canals, through parks and boulevards... all these make me feel like walking in a romantic Japanese movie !Therefore, today my officemates organized a picnic under cherry blossom trees and fullmoon along the Edogawabashi river. So lovely! But what happened is,,, it rained so heavily! then what my Japanese officemates did is a virtual hanami :) It was ,,,, fun

after a long while, hi again...

few days ago it was my dearest friend Jen's birthday!! Happy birthday my dear :)
We celebrated it with a nice dinner at Canal Cafe-Iidabashi.http://www.canalcafe.jp/

I admit that it's one of my most favorite place in Tokyo. Especially these days, with the coming sakura season deck will be covered by pink sakuras... i definetly recommend everyone at least have an afternoon coffee on one shiny sunday :) NOMBIRI de ne! :)

when a desire becomes an experience...

when a desire becomes an experience...
finally, last weeek i took the week off to realize the trip that i was always dreaming of and always postponing...
why did i suddenly decide that particulary on such a busy week!!
reason is the book that i have recently read , named "the monk who sold his ferrari". In every words through its pages, i am reminded the dreams, the desires that i had before and omitted among millions of worries of my daily life. What i was looking for in here ... where i am heading to; is this the way that once i dreamed of or the way i am expected to choose? i found the answers and decided to take this trip as once i promised to my heart to my soul and to my mind.
10.12.2006-11.12.2006 Kyoto
12.12.2006 Nara
13.12.2006 Naoshima
14.12.2006 Hiroshima
15.12.2006 Miyajima
every step i did was another milestone in my soul, i did not talk as i do usually. Here i need to thank my trip partner who educated me on this way. Every beauty i saw, i felt very deep in my heart.Thanked God for everything that i have and for this opportunity. I thought of my beloved friends and my family. Sometimes i dropped tears sometimes i smiled and laughed loudly. I got wet i got tired i felt the sun on my face and kept the promise that i gave to myself 15years ago; i watched the sunset over Hiroshima while sitting beside Itsukushima shrine.

life is beautiful

no matter your mood, this lyrics, this beautiful song has always a supernatural power .
keep in your heart and call sometimes!
life is beautiful
Smile, without a reason why
Love, as if you were a child,
Smile, no matter what they tell you
Don't listen to a word they say
Cause life is beautiful that way.
Tears, a tidal wave of tears
Light, that slowly disappears
Wait, before you close the curtain
There is still another game to play
And life is beautiful that way
Here with his eyes forevermore
I will always be as close as you remember from before
Now that you're out there on your own
Remember what is real and what we dream is love alone
Keep the laughter in your eyes
Soon your long awaited prize
We'll forget about our sorrows
And think about a brighter day
Cause life is beautiful that way.
We'll forget about our sorrows
And think about a brighter day,
Cause life is beautiful that way
There's still another game to play
And life is beautiful that way.

skyscraperMania

as we know our big cities all over the world are rapidly being occupied with crazy skyscrapers. It is reasonable due to booming land prices and dense central spaces. But this trend ("marketing the city") with impressive designs of StArchitects, has also took the attention of smaller towns; in words to be more "popular" & "attracting more investments"! Do we really need this structures? or are these somehow pretending buildings? I am not agree with most of tall buildings' existence. Besides, they are neighter being accepted by users nor by inhabitants. So what are they serving for ?.... of course my words are for out of necessary ones ;)
